Skincare is, obviously, one of the ways I practice daily self-care, but last week in particular really took a lot out of me and it seemed like no amount of masking really helped. Work was stressful, some of my health issues flared up a bit, and I was dealing with some personal stuff. It just wasn’t my week at all and I let it build up which even ended up affecting my skin.

The apple picking looks fabulous!! I love getting outside if I’m feeling stressed. Fresh air and exercise really help. I think doing something absorbing that isn’t work related – a hobby or an interest – are also really helpful 🙂
