Over the 6 years I've lived in NYC, I've learned that consistent self-care rituals are an absolute necessity for me to remain calm amongst hectic city life. This week was incredibly stressful and I knew I needed to take some time to recharge. So… when life gives you lemons, go apple picking! It hit all of the ingredients I need for a perfect self-care Sunday.
