Our Cancellation & Lateness Policies

We totally get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so more than 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures that, when plans change, someone else is able to step into that available spot. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment start time will not incur a fee.

How to cancel or reschedule: Simply open your confirmation email and click "change/cancel appointment" or text us at (347) 670-0409.

Late cancellation/reschedule: Appointments rescheduled or cancelled within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50. If you'd still like to cancel, please text us at (347) 670-0409.

No Shows: Clients that miss their appointments without giving notice or clients that cancel with less than 2 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Additionally, a 50% deposit will be required to rebook.

If you're running late, please do your best to give us a heads up by calling us. We'll do our best to accommodate you, whether that's fitting you in for a shorter treatment, slotting you in for the next opening, or rescheduling you for another time. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be considered a "no show" and incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
